Ricky Dale Blevins, age 56, died Friday, June 15, 2012, at Adams County Hospital, in Seaman, Ohio. He was born on March 9, 1956, to Elizabeth Collins and the late Arnie Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife, Peggy Lee Blevins; his children, Ricky Blevins, Jr., of Brooksville, Dustin Blevins, of Fairview, Kentucky, Tina Deaton, of Brooksville, and Patricia Kay Nelson, of Campbellsville, Kentucky; nine grandchildren; his brother, Jr. Blevins, of Augusta; and three sisters, Sue Teegarden, of Germantown, Ruby Claypool, of Dover, and Lynetta Tucker, of Brooksville.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
