82, of Erieville, passed away Monday at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Erieville and retired from Crouse Hinds, Syracuse, as a group leader and model maker. He and his wife operated Brookside Christmas Tree Farm in Erieville. Mr. Anderson was a WWII veteran of the Navy Air Corps and was a member of Malcolm Taylor Post 1572 American Legion in New Woodstock for 50 years. He was a member of the Erieville Methodist Church, 50-year member of the Erieville Fire Dept., Georgetown Masonic Lodge 726, was former supervisor for the Town of Nelson, and member Madison County Board of Supervisors, former member Madison County Soil and Water Conservation, and member C.N.Y. Resource and Conservation Development. In 2003 he was awarded Citizen of the Year for the Town of Nelson. He was predeceased by a son, Carl Ronald, and a daughter, Marilyn
