Joshua Ray Clark, 20 of Green Bank, W. Va. was a son of Cletis Ray Clark and Kimberly Browning Clark. He was a Class A Operator for L.E. Myers, a member of IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) Local 70. Preceding Joshua in death was a maternal grandmother, Patricia Browning and paternal grandfather, Cletis Clark. Survivors include his mother, Kim Browning Clark of Green Bank; fiancé, Haley Renee Duncan of Marlinton; maternal grandfather, Bill Browning of Green Bank; father, Cletis “Sam” Clark of Branchland; paternal grandmother Loretta Clark; brother Jeremy Edwards and wife Mary and their daughter, Ava of Brown’s Creek, WV; aunts and uncles, Terri Bias & husband Barry and their son Lil “B” of Green Bank, Keith Clark, Sheila Clay, Ronald Clark, Donna Mills and Sherry Brumfield, all of Lincoln County; very special friends John and Gina Duncan of Buckeye. Burial will follow at the Arbovale Annex.
