State of Wisconsin-Manitowoc County Court-In Probate.
In the matter of the estate of Frederick Raatz, deceased, intestate.
On reading and filing the petition of Ida Raatz of Two Rivers in said county,
representing among other things, that Frederick Raatz, an inhabitant of said
county, the 20th day of June, A.D. 1912, at said town died intestate leaving
estate to be administered, and that the said petitioner is the widow of said
deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be to said petitioner
granted.
It is ordered, that said petiition be heard at a special term of said County
Court to be held on Tuesday, the 17th day of Spetember, A.D. 1912 at 10 o'clock
A.M., at the office of the County Judge, in the city of Manitowoc, in said
county.
Ordered Further, that notice of the time and place so appointed, be given to
all persons interested, by publication hereof for three weeks successively,
prior to said day of hearing, in the Manitowoc Post, a semi-weekly newspaper
published at Manitowoc city in said county.
