Scott retired from the Frederick County Detention Center and was currently working in Martinsburg, WV at ATF/NTC. He was a 1989 graduate of Clear Spring High School, he played and loved Varsity soccer. He loved innovation and vacationing at the beach. He also loved music and had a beautiful voice which he shared at church.
He is survived by his parents Gary W. Green, Sr. and Linda J. Rogers Green originally of Hagerstown, MD; one son Dawson M. Green; his brother Gary Wayne Green Jr.; Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
He was a member of the Salvation Army Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.
Funeral services will be held at Osborne Funeral Home Williamsport. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD.
