Bonnie's wishes were to be cremated.
A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Curran Funeral Chapel. Pastor Jay Towell will officiate.
Inurnment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Bonnie was born July 30, 1934, at Blair, Neb. She was the daughter of Harold and Gladys (Reynolds) Miller.
Survivors of her immediate family include her husband of 53 years, Trinidad "T.J." Aguilar of Grand Island; her children, Rick Duering, Cheri Jakubowski, Dru Duering, Raymond (Susan) Aguilar, Richard (Deb) Aguilar, Janise Jakubowski and Glenda Aguilar, all of Grand Island, Joseph (Trisha) Aguilar of Weaverville, Calif., and Christina (Ralph) Zavala of Wood River; and a sister, Judy (Ralph) Riggs of Alliance.
She will be forever remembered by her 35 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren, and 33 great-great-grandchildren.
Bonnie grew up in Blair until moving with her family to Grand Island at 6 years of age.
She completed her schooling in the Grand Island Public School system, graduating from Grand Island Senior High in 1951.
She married Darrell A. Duering in 1952.
She married Trinidad J. "T.J." Aguilar on Feb. 28, 1964.
They lived in Grand Island, where Bonnie was a bookkeeper at The Vogue, O P Skaggs, Skagway Dept. Store, Marsay Printing and Silas Mason, Mason & Hanger, besides being office manager and bookkeeper for Aguilar Lawn & Janitorial and Real Estate Proprieties until retiring in January of 2017.
Bonnie was an accomplished painter, enjoyed music, sewing, collecting dolls and cultivating her flower garden.
She was a member of the G.I. Eagles Club, G.I. Saddle Club, and the G.I. Liederkranz.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Tyson Zimmer; brothers, Francis, Pete and John Miller; and sisters, Beverly Schaper and an infant sister, Jacqueline.
