Donna Sue Cunningham, daughter of Oscar Leon and Ethel Bell (Foreman) Morris, was born on June 1, 1957 in Bethany, Missouri. She passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the Clarinda Regional Hospital in Clarinda, Iowa.
Donna was born in Missouri and then raised in Iowa. She graduated from Tri Center High School with the class of 1975. On October 10, 1992, she was united in marriage to Richard "Kent" Cunningham at Waubonsie State Park. They then resided in Coin, Iowa.
Donna was a manager at Golden Chain for a few years. She also worked at the Clarinda Regional Hospital as a housekeeper. She loved making stain glass, refinishing antiques and spending time with her and Kent's grandkids.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents Oscar "Leon" and Ethel Morris, brother Ronnie Morris and precious daughter Brandy.
Donna is survived by her husband Richard "Kent" Cunningham of Coin, Iowa; son Travis Kiesel and wife Lori Knight of Omaha, Nebraska; step-children Carrie Parker and husband Korey of Olathe, Kansas, Kelly Cross of Gardner, Kansas and Christopher Twombley of Portland Oregon; sisters Debbie Hurd and husband John of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Barb Hulsebus and husband Dean of Des Moines, Iowa and Carol Hoadley and husband Dave of Creston, Iowa; six grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home in Shenandoah.
Following the visitation, burial will be held at the Elmwood Cemetery in Coin, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
