He was preceded in death by his wives, Addie Ann Fields and Ella Mae Posey Fields.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Lynda Fields of Augusta; daughter, Nancy McCoy of Melborne, Fla.; stepchildren, Barbara and Leon Lundy of Dalton; Sandy and Lem Clark and Bill Posey, all of Union Point; and Bob and Carolyn Poasey of Chatsworth.
Services were on Saturday in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Lem Clark officiating.
