Mrs. Claudine Phillips
Services for Mrs. Claudine T. Phillips, 62, of 2502 Barfield Road, who died Tuesday at home after an extended illness, are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Jennings & Ayers Chapel, with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Dr. William Smith will officiate.
Her father was the late J.D. Todd.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Todd of Murfreesboro; her husband, John Phillips Jr. of Murfreesboro; three sons, John III, Dwayne and Claude Phillips, all of Murfreesboro; two brothers, John of Powell and Charles Todd of Murfreesboro.
Pallbearers will be John III, Dwayne and Claude Phillips, John Todd, Carl Alsup and Clayton Sullivan. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Suddarth, James Whitley, Frank Davis, Dick Kidwell, John Shacklett, Richard Shacklett, William Tyner, Hoyt Parsons, Ed Yeargan, Jerry Kelton, Stan Hayes and Dr. James Wilson.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ALS Foundation.
Visitation with the family will be held from 5 to 9 tonight at Jennings & Ayers Chapel.
