Born in Newport News, VA on December 30, 1916, he is survived by his wife of 34 years, Michele O'Brien Rouse; a brother, William D. Rouse of Alexandria; along with nieces, nephews and many devoted friends. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Parke S. and Pauline D. Rouse, and brothers Parke S., Jr. and Dashiell Rouse.
Burial is to be on a future date, Ivy Hill Cemetery, Smithfield, VA with a private family ceremony. Arrangements by Weymouth Funeral Home.
