Raymond was a son of Raymond S. and Blanche (Allen) Isaacs. He married Deloris Kopp on December 26, 1953 in Cooks Mills. She survives.
He is also survived by his children, Karen (Greg) Joyce, Roger (Suzanne) Isaacs, Annette (Dale) Smith and Randy Isaacs; grandchildren, Brandon Joyce, Laura (Mike) Largent, Rick (Christina) Isaacs, Rob Isaacs, Risa Isaacs, Justin (Rachel) Smith, Dennis Smith, Samantha Smith, Brian Smith, Colin Isaacs and Ashley Isaacs; and five great-grandchildren.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; grandsons, Dale Smith, Jr. and Blake Isaacs; and siblings, Daisy Harrison and Jimmy Isaacs.
He retired, after 37 years, from Caterpillar.
Raymond was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Peoria.
He was an Air Force Veteran.
