Jewell Estelle Foster, age 96, of Fouke, Arkansas, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at her residence. She was born July 24, 1920, at Corsicana, Texas.
She was a long time resident of Longview, Texas and a member of the New Life Baptist Church in Longview. She was a retired School Cafeteria employee.
Jewell was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Leroy (Pat) Foster, two sons, Marvin Ray Foster and Gerald Wayne Foster, and a grandson, James Foster.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Buddy Nall of Fouke, Arkansas, one son and daughter-in-law, James Leon and Janet M. Foster of Longview, Texas, one brother, Loyd Pyle of Longview, Texas, one sister, Odessa Hughes of Seminole, Texas, seven grandchildren, Michael Foster, Susan Graves, and David Foster of Longview, Texas, Derald Foster of Whiteoak, Texas, Jarrod Nall of Hooks, Texas, and Amanda Kelly of Waxahatchie, Texas, eleven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A. M. Friday at the New Life Baptist Church, Longview, Texas, with Rev. James Pierce officiating. Graveside Services will be at 4:00 P. M. Friday at the Hamilton-Beeman Cemetery, Corsicana, Texas.
