Larry Dewayne McInturff, 69, of Shawnee, OK passed away April 7, 2017. He was born to Monroe and Georgia (Shawn) McInturff in Shawnee, on November 12, 1947.Larry attended Johnson Church of God. He was an avid fisherman, who enjoyed going to bass tournaments, but most of all fishing with his friends. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles in his younger years. Larry worked as a machinist at Central Plastics. He enjoyed the simpler things in life, like visiting with family and friends and sharing stories about his latest fishing trip. More than anything he loved his life best when he had his line in the water and a fishing rod in his hand. Larry is survived by his daughter, Sherry Lynn Landers and husband, Bryan; 3 sisters, Betty Rawls, Pat Mounts and Carol Hurst; 3 brothers, Tommy McInturff, Phil McInturff and Steven McInturff. He is preceded in death by his mother, Georgia McInturff Barnard; father, Monroe McInturff; 2 brothers, Gerald McInturff and Charles (Chock) McInturff; 2 sisters, Mary Hastings and Barbara Davis. Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM, Friday, April 14, 2017 at Johnson Church of God, Shawnee, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
