He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Julie Melton Brantley, daughters Wendy Brantley Gaskin and Andrea Robin Boruk, son-in-law James E. Gaskin, brother Robert Brantley, grandchildren Sandi Boruk Phillips, Chad Boruk, Alex Gaskin, Shannon Boruk Myers, Clint Boruk, and Laura Gaskin Thompson, and seven great-grandchildren.
