He was 54 years old and is survived by his wife, Michelle; 2 daughters, Christina Pianalto of Fayetteville and Tara McClendon of Ft. Smith; 2 sons, Drew Kuykendall and Dennis Kuykendall Jr., both of Ft. Smith; his mother Dolores Burris of Ft. Smith and his father and stepmother, R.V. and Marilyn Kuykendall of Ft. Smith; 3 sisters, Sherry Jones, Trena Balog and Teirra Ellis, all of Ft. Smith; 3 brothers, Dr. Rick Kuykendall of Kansas City, Kan., Mark and Terry Kuykendall, both of Ft Smith; and 5 grandchildren.
