She was born on December 30, 1961 in Peoria, Illinois to Marilyn Sams and Charles L. Tompkins, Sr.
Cindy loved Country and Rock and Roll music, motorcycles and tattoos. She also loved to cook from scratch. Her favorite television shows were “I Love Lucy” and Bewitched”.
Cindy is survived by her children, Marilyn Black and her husband, James; BraNdi Baer; Amber Baer and Terrance “TJ” Baer and his wife, Lisa; grandchildren, Alan Black, Aaron Black, Michael Black, Jacob Percle, Shaun Resendiz, Isabella Baer, Destiny Baer, Elisabeth Baer; and siblings, Allen Tompkins, Mike Tompkins, Debbie Blumthal and Pam Tompkins.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George Jones, her parents and brothers, Charles “Chuck” Tompkins, Jr.; Gary C. Tompkins and Roy Tompkins.
A family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive in Beaumont, Texas~
