He reported that a doctor wasn't in attendance, his father died supposedly from a Heart Attack. Ambrose, a farmer, had lived 70 years, 11 months, & 15 days.
His parents were shown as Ambrose Hay & Pheby Counts.
He was buried in Hay Graveyard in Haysi.
