Marcella Davis, 87 of Louisville, KY, went Home to be with her Heavenly Father on April, 7, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Dorsey Davis and her parents, Frank McGinnis and Ida M. Smith and brothers, Frank McGinnis, Jr. and Jesse McGinnis.
Marcella is survived by her sons, Jerome (Sonja) Davis and Michael "Spike" (Tanya) Davis; step-son, Ronald L. (Carolyn) Davis, 9 grandchildren; sister, Lula M. Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be Saturday April 15, 2017, from 10am-1pm at Oakland Baptist Church, 1226 Algonquin Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40208, with a celebration of Marcella's life beginning at 1pm. Entombment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213.
