Shelby Jean Pearman Robinson, 79, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at Cone Hospital. Mrs. Robinson's funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, at Ellisboro Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Tillman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. A native of Rockingham County, Mrs. Pearman was born on July 13, 1937, the daughter of the late Claude and Coralene White Pearman. She was a homemaker and while in practice, assisted her husband, Dr. Joe Robinson at the office. She was preceded in death by her husband, sons Blaine Ziglar and Eddie Ziglar and daughters Lindsey Robinson and Jennifer Robinson. Surviving are her son Jeffrey Wayne Ziglar of Oak Ridge; brother James David Pearman of Stokesdale; grandchildren Cory Ziglar, Jamie Ziglar, Willie Ziglar, Chrystal Ziglar and Aaron Osborne as well as several great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Forbis & Dick Stokesdale.
