Visitation will be at Sharkey Funeral Home on Monday, April 10, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Tuesday April 11, 2017 from 10:00 AM till time of service at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
Jack Stewart was an amazing man, a dedicated husband, an wonderful father, and a faithful follower of Christ. He passed peacefully in his sleep. He loved life and lived every moment to the fullest until his health started taking his life away. We are so thankful to have had him for the time that we did. He will be missed by so many. We hold your thoughts and prayers close to our hearts in the days to come.
Mr. Stewart passed from this life on April 8, 2017, at Oceans Hospital in Kentwood, LA. He was born on July 24, 1945 in McComb, MS, to Odessa and Bobbie Brown Stewart.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Odessa and Bobbie Brown Stewart; two brothers Charles Stewart and Bobby O. Stewart.
Survivors are his wife of 49 years, Ginger Stewart; daughter, Rene’ Stewart Gugert and husband Mark of Walls, MS; son, Jack Stewart of McComb, MS; brother, Roger Stewart and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Jack David Williams of Jackson, MS, Kristina Gugert of Walls, MS, Mykala Gugert of Walls, MS, and great-grandson, Owen Williams of Jackson, MS and a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers are Deacons of First Baptist Church McComb, MS.
