A Funeral Service for Ms. Patsy Ann Stevens, 74, of Marshall will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, April 12, 2017 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Bro. Pete Sellers officiating. Interment will follow the service in Colonial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation with family and friends will take place Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 6pm - 8pm at Downs Funeral Home. Ms. Stevens passed away Saturday, April 08, 2017 in Longview, Texas.



Patsy Ann Pilkington Stevens was born April 14, 1942 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Sterling and Lorene Pilkington. Patsy was a lifelong resident of East Texas and called Marshall home for many years. Patsy was a devoted wife, loving mother and adoring grandmother. In her free time she enjoyed many activities. Among them were gardening, woodworking, upholstery, ceramics and sewing. There wasn't much Patsy couldn't and didn't do. While she enjoyed her hobbies, her love was being with her family.



Preceding Patsy in death was her husband, Travis Stevens; son, Bubba Stevens; and daughter-in-law, Kathy Stevens.


Surviving Patsy is her daughter, Renae Sharp; son, Rodney Stevens and wife, Tonya; step-daughter, Debbie Melton; sister, Bonnie Granger; brother, Bobby Pilkington and wife, Nancy; sister, Kathy Woods and husband, Ted; sister, Connie Graham and husband, Chip; sister-in-law, Lynda Petty and husband, Slick; grandchildren, Shannon Scott, Lacy McWilliams, Malorie Perez, Tara Stevens, Wesley Stevens, Tallon Stevens, Kelsey Nelson, Kenny Jones, Brenton Sharp, Naomi Melton, and Alyssa Melton; great-grandchildren, Emily Scott, Payton Scott, Spencer Scott, Damion McGlothin, Chloe McGlothin, Faith George, Guy Perez, Emory Perez, Nathan Alonso, Cruze Tilley, Alex Stevens, Bethany Nelson, and Jimma Sharp. Patsy is also survived by a large extended family and many friends.
