Mrs. Marie C. Kelly, 73, of 727 Maryland Avenue, died today in the Cumberland Nursing and Convalescent Center. She had been ill two years. She was born July 11, 1894 in Cumberland, a daughter of the late William E. and Margaret (Noonan) Malone. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Sodality, and was membership chairman and past president of the American Legion Auxiliary here. Her survivors are her husband,John R. Kelly Sr.; one son, John R. Kelly Jr., at home; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Marie Peterson, Norristown, Pa., and Mrs. Catherine Lauscher, LaMirada, Calif.; ten grand chiljdren and five great-grandchildren. The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, where friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. tomorrow and Friday.
