Shawn C. Dunn, 44, of Reinholds, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2017 of natural causes while working in Ohio.

The loving husband of Angela (Knoll) Dunn, he was born in Ephrata to Robert H., Jr. and Cheryl A. (Sweigart) Dunn. A 1991 graduate of Ephrata High School, he was employed as a sales representative with Ashburn Chemical Technologies. Shawn was a basketball official with the Lancaster-Lebanon chapter of PIAA sports for over 18 years.

Those who knew Shawn best, will affectionately remember him as "The Dunner."

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his stepchildren and children, Kaylie, Kyler, and Sydney, all at home, and Gavin, Seth, and Zachary. Also surviving is a brother, Bradley, husband of Michelle of Marietta; a sister, Amy wife of T. J. Hensel of Lititz, as well as a paternal grandmother, Virginia F. Dunn of Gap.

A celebration of Shawn's life will be held April 22 at the Ephrata Recreation Center from 5:00 to 8:00pm.
