A native of Welch, West Virginia, Mrs. Kelley was a member of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society and the professional Women's Association. She was a member of Enotah Baptist Church.
Survivors include her father and stepmother, Eugene and Martha Smith; two sisters, Sandra and Mimi; and one nephew and one niece.
