Ethel Yvonne loving wife of James E.; beloved mother of Rev. James (Tina), Timothy (Carolyn), Gregory (Lillian) Carter, Gertrude (Leonard) Elliott and the late Jerome Carter; dear sister of Pearson Foster and Gladys (Richard) Parker; also survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Mrs. Carter passed away Friday at the age of 85. Friends may call Saturday, Jan.28th from 10: 00 AM until time of service 11:00 AM at Mt.
