Sylvia D. Wells, 78, of Justice, IL died March 26, 2017 at Manor Care Health Services of Hinsdale, Hinsdale, IL. She was the wife of the late Richard Wells.
Born July 30, 1938 in Webster, SD, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Margaret (Allis) Smith.
Sylvia was a member of the 700 Club.
She is survived by three sons, Troy Wells of Justice, IL, Richard Wells, Jr. of Kentucky, and Tony Wells of York; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Richard Smith of Chicago, IL.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 7, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 1111 E. Market St., York. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick, MD. Viewings will be held Wednesday, April 5 from 5 to 9 p.m., Thursday, April 6 from 5 to 9 p.m., and Friday, April 7 from 10 to11 a.m. all at the funeral home.
