December 26, 1934-April 4, 2017 Edith Francis Tennille Collins Hudson "Fran" Fran was the wife of 59 years to Milton Carson Hudson, daughter of the late Neal Anderson Collins and Edith Martin Tennille Collins, and sister to the late Margaret Christine Collins Shannon and Neal "Sonny" Collins. Mother of Milton Carson Hudson Jr. (Linda) and Edith Marian Hudson Melvin, and Nana to Edith Nicole Melvin Letts (Hunter), Anderson Rains Melvin, Margaret Kathleen Melvin, Matthew Collins Hudson, and Riley Catherine Hudson. Fran was born in Montgomery, Alabama and moved to Mobile when she was a teen. She graduated from Bishop Toolen High. Fran was a wife, mother, Nana, aunt, Mommy Fran, friend, homemaker, math whiz,Girl Scout leader, quilter, artist, musician, world traveler, rummy player, fabulous cook, and volunteer. She is loved dearly and missed by many. Visitation will be on Friday, April 7th from 5pm-8pm at Radney's Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 8th at 10am at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church. Interment will be directly following Mass at Pine Crest Cemetery.
