She was retired from Con-Agra where she was an accounting clerk. Mrs. Cox was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cox is preceded in death by her husband, Cornell Cox; sisters, Mary Dean Gooch, Kathleen Stevens and Brother, James Martin.
