Audrey Lee Boyd, 86, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday Dec. 2, 2014.
She was a native of Winston-Salem, NC and a member of Horizon Community Church.
Her husband, Ira C. Boyd, and her son, Sammy Boyd, predeceased Audrey.
She is survived by her 3 children: Randy Boyd and his wife, Debbie, Vicky Riggins and Lisa Barkley; 2 sisters; a brother; 5 grandchildren: Jennifer Mowery, Randy Boyd, Jr., Amber Riggins Marsh, Ashley Diette and Stephanie Riggins; 16 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends in Loving Funeral Home Thursday from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church or the Gideon’s International.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Loving Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel with Reverend Steve Nethery officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Brett, Taylor, Tyler, Ryan, Caleb, and Brent will serve as her pallbearers.
