Zelma was a homemaker and also worked at Tem-Cole Radish Processing Plant in McClure and retired in 1979. She was a faithful member of McClure United Methodist church, where she held several positions over the years. She was also active in the Bethel Grange and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
She is survived by children, Victor (Dolores) Johnson of Napoleon, Ray Johnson of Portland, Oregon, Dennis (Cindy) Johnson of Napoleon, daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Johnson of McClure, 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and a sister, Doris Jean Fuhrhop of Des Moines, Iowa. She was also preceded in death by a son, Roger Johnson and siblings, Irene Smith, Esther Wittenberg, and Marvin Jennings.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, April 7 at McClure United Methodist Church with visitation from 10AM till noon. Interment will follow at Hockman Cemetery in McClure.
