Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sons, Clinton, Douglas and Dean Peyton; brothers, Stanley, Clyde, Mitchell, Richard, Tommy, Vernon and Pete Peyton; and sister, Margaret Sizemore. Charlie is survived by his daughter, Debra (Robert) Thorpe; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Charlie was a well-known roofer in the Dayton community for 45 years. He primarily worked for Dahm Brothers Roofing in Dayton.
