Angela Vodicka “Angie” Corbin, age 92 of Willard, Missouri passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Willard Care Center.
She was born November 2, 1924 in Karlin, Missouri a daughter of Joseph and Geneofa (Dvorak) Vodicka. She married Roland Corbin on May 26, 1960 who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents; two sisters, Mary Jacobs, and Frances Hubbert; three brothers, Joe, Charles, and Ed Vodicka; and three nephews.
Survivors are her sisters, including her twin sister, Adele Quier of Pittsburg, Kansas and Celestine “Sally” and her husband, Lowell “Bud” Corbin of Willard, Missouri; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 7, 2017 in St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Denis Dougherty, O.S.B, celebrant, under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut. Burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery.
There will be a Rosary service at 6 p.m., Thursday, April 6 in the funeral home with visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Food Pantry, or Preferred Hospice or charity of donor’s choice.
