Mr. Osborne, born in Ona, WV; was the son of the late John Thomas Osborne and Ada Audrey Carter Osborne. He was also preceded in death by a brother,Jack Osborne and a sister, Judy Hicks.
Mr. Osborne retired from Overnite Trucking Company as a dock supervisor. He also worked for McClain Trucking Company in Huntington, WV; He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and served three tours of duty, where he was a military security policeman. He was a member of Reynoldsville Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Juanita R. Queen Osborne of Salem; a daughter, Erin Cox and husband Daniel of Salem; a son, James Allen Nicholas of Huntington; two grandchildren; a sister-in-law; several nieces and nephews and his friends at the WV Veterans Nursing Facility.
