Zachary John Henderson, 24, of South Pittsburg, TN died December 14, 2011. Mr. Henderson is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Frances Fosky Henderson (1927-2010), maternal grandfather, Raymond Calvin Collins (1919-2007) and uncle, William Bradford Henderson (1948-1964). The son of John Holden and Patricia Lee Collins Henderson, Zachary was a 2006 graduate of Clarke Central High School in Athens, GA, where he was the captain of the baseball and football teams. He went on to study at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville to play baseball. Zach also attended Gainesville State University and, most recently, at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He attended Beech Haven Baptist Church and loved music, golf and intellectual stimulation. He is also survived by his brother, Bradford Calvin Henderson of Marietta, GA; grandmother, Willie Mae King Collins (1923-2013) of South Pittsburg; grandfather, William Bradford Henderson (1928-2018) of Athens; aunts, and cousins. A memorial service was held at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg on Saturday, December 17, 2011.
