Ellen L. Pieslak FREDERICKSBURG, TEXAS Mrs. Ellen L. Pieslak of Fredericksburg passed away on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016, in the Tristar Care Center at the age of 75. Ellen was born in Trenton, NJ, on April 4, 1941. She married Frank Pieslak on Feb. 16, 1963. Ellen was a switchboard operator for many years at IBM and later for the Trenton Times. After Frank's retirement from IBM in 1987, they moved to Tubac, AZ, where they lived until 2001. Ellen and Frank then moved to Fredericksburg. Ellen is survived by her husband, Frank Pieslak of Fredericksburg. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Hill Country Memorial Hospice or to the charity of one's choice . A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18 at 7:45 a.m. with entombment of cremains to follow at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Fredericksburg.
