Charles Wayne Trotter, age 74, of Morrilton, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015. Mr. Trotter was born February 21, 1940 in Cleveland, AR a son to the late Forrest Trotter and Lee Ola Tilley Trotter.
Mr. Trotter was of the Assembly of God Faith, an Avid Razorback and Morrilton Devil Dog Fan. Charles loved the children and was there for them whether it be coaching baseball or just being there for anyone that needed some help.
Mr. Trotter was preceded in death by his parents; Three Sisters: Mary Ellen Powers, Helen Bridgeford, and Winnie Trotter, and three brothers: Gerald Trotter, Verdell Trotter and Ralph Trotter.
He is survived by Son: Jerry Trotter of Alexander; Two daughters: Terri Trotter Gaines and husband Larry of Dallas, TX; Sherry Trotter Leece and husband Jeff of Maumelle; Sister: Lois Dye and husband Buddy of Medicine Rock, OK; Two Grandchildren: Jeremy Windham and Courtney Jones; Five Great Grandchildren: Madyson, Mason, Elam, Cooper, and Mayer.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Devil Dog Diamond Club 1400 Poor Farm Rd Morrilton, AR 72110.
Visitation will be 6:00PM til 8:00PM, Wednesday, February 11, 2014 at funeral chapel. Service will be at 10AM, Thursday, at the funeral home with Jim Huffman officiating.
