JACQUELINE A. NICHOLS, 73, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, March 31, 2017 surrounded by her family and friends in her home. Jackie was a homemaker and loved caring for her family. Jackie was an active member of The Chapel and served on the communion committee and also sang in the choir. Jackie was also a hospice volunteer and volunteered for Super Sixties at Blackhawk Church. She loved her family and her Lord Jesus Christ. She is survived by her loving husband, Keith Nichols; son, Mark Nichols; daughter, Debra (Gary) Guy; four grandchildren, Emily (Steve) Bruckman, Adam (Jodi) Guy, Sarah (Michael) Guy and Hannah (Eric) Bangma; great-granddaughter, Norah Jacqueline Guy; and a dear friend, Jeff Markulik. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Martha Martin. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017 at The Chapel, 2505 West Hamilton Road, Fort Wayne (IN 46814) with viewing one hour prior to service. Visitation also from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at FairHaven Funeral Home, 6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne (IN 46825). Burial will be in Concordia Lutheran Cemetery Fort Wayne, Ind.
