"❤" Margie Ann Wilson, age 77 of Marshall, Arkansas, a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother was escorted into her eternal home by her loving husband, and numerous family members who were waiting for her on April 2nd, 2017.
Margie loved her God and was a devout Christian. She was a woman of strong convictions and didn't mind telling you about them. Margie was born during the Great Depression on August 22nd, 1939 in Corn, Oklahoma. She was one of 14 children born to Sam Koop and Helen Valentine Koop. She lost her mother at a very young age and was predominantly raised by her father, older siblings, and an aunt.
In her adult life she was a union meat cutter for Safeway for about twenty years. Margie was a member of the Women's Republican Committee. She was married to the love of her life, Tom Wilson for twenty-seven years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, eleven siblings, and one grandson.
Margie is survived by her two sisters; her children, four sons, four daughters and all their spouses; two step daughters and step-son-in-law; twenty grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Margie will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 6th, 2017 at East Lawn Freewill Baptist Church in Marshall, Arkansas. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 5th, 2017 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas. Burial will be in Elberta Cemetery near Leslie.
