Tiffany Lynn Freeman



Tiffany Lynn Freeman, age 13, of Marion, N.C. died November 1, 2002 at her residence.

A native of McDowell County she was born on May 6, 1989 to Terry L. Freeman and Tonya Lynn Wilson, both of Marion.

She was an Honor Roll student at East McDowell Junior High School and was a member of SAVE, Students Against Violence Everywhere. Tiffany was a perfect daughter. She was unfazed by the temptations of modern life and maintained a well-behaved and caring lifestyle.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a step-mother, Denise R. Freeman of Marion; paternal grandfather, Robert P. Freeman of Nebo; maternal grandmother, Sandy Capps of Nebo; maternal great grandparents, Kenneth and Frances Wilson of Shelby and Gene and Geneva McKinney of Nebo; a step-brother, Billy Dolby of Marion and a step-sister, Sarah Collins of Marion.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 5, 2002 at 11:00 am in Westmoreland Chapel. The Rev. Jimmy Cannon officiated. The family received friends from 9:30-11:00 am prior to the service on Tuesday.

Burial was in McDowell Memorial Park.
