Deborah L. Patrick, 53, of Butler passed away at 10 a.m. Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born on Oct. 7, 1960, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Joan Mazurek.
She was a former employee at TJ Maxx.
Surviving are her two brothers, George Patrick and Michael Mazurek and her sister, Melynda Smith.
She was preceded in death by her infant sons, Brandon and Christopher, and her sister, Crystal Patrick.
