Obituary of Malcolm Lassiter

MALCOLM OMAR LASSITER, 44, Beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend made his transition on June 9, 2015.

On January 12, 1971, Malcolm was born to Patricia Lassiter and William Bush in Atlantic City. A resident of Florida, Malcolm lived a rich life with his wife, Dr. Safiya Lyn-Lassiter, and his daughter, Myla Lyn Lassiter. Caring brother to Chanese Lassiter-Johnson (Ronald), Techa Lassiter, Tamikka Lassiter-Alston (David), Tawnae Carr-Corbin (Lester Malik); cherished uncle of eight nieces and nephews, Malcolm was deeply committed to his family. He is also survived by a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at 11AM at Second Baptist Church 110 Rev. Dr. I. S. Cole Plaza, Atlantic City, NJ. Viewing visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of the church service.
