After 50 years of a life well lived Rebecca Denise Burton passed away on March 31, 2017 at 3:40 am in Oklahoma City. She was born on February 6, 1967 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Rebecca is survived by her brother, Billy Burton and wife Nikki; nephew, Ian Cook; and many friends. Becky was a strong, fearless and determined woman that was headstrong. She never married preferring to wait for the right man. She was very picky, but to her friends she was loving and caring. She loved her cats, AC/DC, camping, dancing, and vacationing with her friends. She worked as a legal secretary for many years, later moving on to other types of professions in the legal field. Becky had many nicknames, all unique to each friend but we all called Becky our best friend. Her smiling face and happy personality will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Services to celebrate her life will be held be at The Chapel at Resthaven at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. The family will celebrate Becky’s life after the service in the Family Center at Resthaven. Please feel free to join them.
