Clayton loved life and lived everyday like it was his last. Music was everything to him, he always said he did his best writing when he was on the road traveling. He was the definition of a strong family man. He loved Sunday dinners at his house watching his beloved Kansas City Chiefs. His wife Ava was his queen and he adored her every single day. He never knew what business hours were because he was always working and doing everything he could to take care of his family. There will never be another person like him, he was special and one in a million.
Clayton is survived by his wife Ava of New Lisbon, a son Shane of New Lisbon, and a daughter Moriah (David Larson) of New Lisbon, 2 sisters; Sue Belva Rupert of Commerce, Ok. and Ruby Ann Seat of Huntsville, Arkansas, 5 granddaughters, Tiann Shayne, Abigail Beth, Hatanna, Tyonna, and Jaylen, a special friend Sandi McGonigle, many nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, and by numerous brothers and sisters.
