Webster, Kenneth Wayne “Rod” – age 65 of Corryton passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 30, 2017. He was a member of Graveston Baptist Church. Rod was an employee at Johnson and Galyon Construction for 30 years. He loved fishing, hunting, his family, and his dog, Chester. Preceded in death by parents, Ray and Edith Webster; and nephew, Travis Webster. Survived by brothers, Dennis (Vickie) Webster and Gary (Brenda) Webster; sisters, Linda (Greg) Bales and Donna (Warren) Beeler; nieces and nephews, Jason (Sandy) Webster, Kelly Webster, Jennifer Webster, Courtney (Joe) Curington, Brad (Emily) Bales, Caleb Bales, and Kendal Bales; great nieces and nephew, Ali, Luke and Bella Webster. Special thanks to the staff at Beverly Park Place for their loving care. Funeral services will be 8:00 PM Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Kitts and Rev. Brad Bales officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:45 PM on Sunday at Eastview Memorial Gardens for a 2:00 PM graveside service with Rev. Sean Watson officiating. Pallbearers: Greg, Brad, and Caleb Bales, Jason and Luke Webster, and Joe Curington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Graveston Baptist Student Ministry, 8319 Clapps Chapel Rd, Corryton, TN 37721. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM Saturday at Bridges Funeral Home.
