Erma Mae Garrison Dudley, 87, of New Bern Health Care, died Saturday, May 15, 2004, at Craven Regional Medical Center.

She was a native of Pamlico County and was a member of Greenhill Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Mark AME Zion Church with the Rev. Kenneth Bell and the Rev. C.C. Satterfield Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Dudley family cemetery.

She is survived by five sons, Dubois Dudley of Jacksonville, and Samuel Dudley, William R. Dudley, Gene Dudley and Stanley McQueen, all of Bayboro; three daughters, Julia B. Dudley, Charity Barrow and Evelyn S. Scott, all of Bayboro; one brother, Herman Garrison of Grantsboro; 30 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
