David is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Virginia (Henderson) Vance.
He also leaves behind his sons, Gary (Mary) Vance and Brad Vance; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Richard (Nan) Vance; Sisters-in-law, Mary Vance and Patty Skeese; as well as several nieces and nephews.
