He was born on Oct. 8, 1938 in Mentone, Indiana to Howard and Olive (Linn) Hudson.

He married on Nov. 20, 1967 in Columbia City, Indiana to Barbara L. Price, who preceded on April 20, 2013.

He retired from R.R. Donnelley & Sons of Warsaw, Indiana after 35 years of service. He work doing photography and graphics on many catalogs.

He was a graduate of Mentone High School. Dale served his country in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed hiking, camping, biking on trails, yachting, traveling to many places.
