Debra R. Foster, 63, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, March 28th, 2017 at Hiram Shaddox Geriatric Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

She was born in Corcoran, California on July 10, 1953, daughter of the late Rena Faye Smoot and J.D. Cotter. Debbie spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. She was a member of Christ Community Church in Mountain Home, Arkansas. During her working years, she worked at Baxter Lab in Mountain Home and then in dietary for nursing homes.

Debbie is survived by her son, Chad Foster and wife Jamie of Viola, Arkansas; granddaughters, Nicole and Lynnsey Foster both of Viola, Arkansas; brother, Eddie Cotter and wife Tammy of Mountain Home, Arkansas; nieces, Leesa, Lacey, Lakynn and Alana and nephews, CJ, Kyle, Devin, Dalton and Trey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.D. Cotter and Rena Smoot and sister, Sue Wright.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 1, 2017 beginning at 2:00 PM with Bro. John Hodges officiating at Doty Family Funeral Service Chapel in Salem, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Mount Calm Cemetery in Viola, Arkansas. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM until service time.

Pallbearers include: Kyle Cotter, Darick Brown, Devin Brown, Dalton Brown, Trey Ingram and Bill Marshall

Honorary Pallbearers include: Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Extended Family Members
