Anthony P. (Dort) D'Agostino, 103 years young, of Southington, formerly of Bristol, passed away peacefully after a short illness Tuesday, March 29, 2017 at Bristol Hospital. He was the husband of Lucille (Allard) D'Agostino.

He was born March 23, 1914 in Southington, the son of the late Joseph and Rose (Audi) D'Agostino. He had retired from Wallace Barnes Co. of Bristol after 45years of service.

Besides his wife he is survived by his children, Rosemarie (Chickie) Tedesco of Southington, Anthony D'Agostino and his wife Helen of Port St. Lucie, FL, Annette (Tina) Bengston and husband Joe of Southington. He also leaves his grandchildren, Melissa and Jon St. James, Brian and Amber Bengston, Todd and Chauntelle D'Agostino, Matthew and Elizabeth D'Agostino, Lisa and Josh Robinson, Kristina Badenhorst and David D'Agostino II, his great grandchildren, Erica, Cameron, Luke, Sophie, Kayla, Nathan and Reagan , Sophie, Brandon, Caitlyn and Jake. He also leaves his sister Josephine Forcella of Plainville and sister-in-law Annette D'Agostino of Plantsville, brother-in-law Emile Allard of Enfield and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son David D'Agostino, a grandson Michael Bengston, son-in-law Thomas Tedesco Jr. , brothers Philip A. , Angelo, Arthur, Patrick and Michael D'Agostino, sisters, Mary Serafino and Palma Nardi.

The Funeral will be held Saturday 8:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington to St. Thomas Church at 9 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery
