Christopher Jacob Larsen, age 31, beloved husband, son, brother, grandson and friend found peace as he returned to his Heavenly Father on January 11th 2017, during a complicated surgery following a heart attack. He died, surrounded by the family that loved him in life and will miss him following his death. Chris was born December 2, 1985, the son of Sandy Curtis (Ken) of Nibley, Utah, and Kyle Larsen (Joni) of Cheney, Washington. He graduated from Valley High School in 2004 and joined the Army where he was stationed in Korea. He loved his time in the Army and serving his country. He married his sweetheart, Kira Alyce Biery on November 8, 2014. Chris was loved for his kindness, his ability to find worth in those he met, and his love of a good prank. He was a hard worker and could be depended upon in any job that he held and by friends and family in times of need.

As a child, Chris loved taking things apart and constructing his own 'inventions'. As an adult, this became a passion for working on dirt bikes, motorcycles and fast cars. Chris always enjoyed the outdoors and you could always find him on a bike, a snow board or a hiking trail. Whether it was up in the mountains or on the sand dunes, Chris could always appreciate the beauty of the outdoors and the spirit of a new adventure.
